Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling content. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of design principles, be comfortable with modern design tools, and be passionate about creating high-quality visuals for marketing, branding, and web purposes.
In this role, you will:
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, and digital ads.
- Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, and video thumbnails.
- Design website elements and UI components for web applications.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design strategies.
What We Expect from You
- Mastery of Design Principles – You should have a strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
- Proficiency in Affinity Designer – Since CamaireTech primarily works with Affinity Designer , experience in this tool is highly preferred. If you are more comfortable with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator , you should be open to adapting.
- Basic Knowledge of Figma – While you don’t need to be an expert, understanding the basics of Figma for web and UI/UX design is a plus.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail – We expect aesthetic and professional designs that align with modern trends.
- Ability to Work with Deadlines – You should be able to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time.
Work Setup & Hiring Process
- Remote Work Option: If you prefer working remotely, we will start with a two-month pre-employment period where you will be paid 2,500 XAF per day. If the collaboration goes well, we will proceed with a formal contract.
- Onsite Work: If you are based in Yaoundé , you can work from our office and participate in direct team collaborations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Experience in Affinity Designer (preferred) or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Knowledge of social media graphics and marketing materials .
- Experience with Canva for quick and effective content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work (social media designs, branding, or marketing materials).
