Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive individual who understands the power of social media and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, create, and manage content while interacting with our audience in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with CamaireTech’s brand identity.
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) to grow our online presence.
- Monitor and manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and encourage discussions.
- Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
- Track performance metrics to analyze growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
What We Expect from You
- Strong Social Media Knowledge – You should be familiar with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and understand how to optimize content for each.
- Content Creation Skills – You should be comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut Pro, and Photoshop (optional) to create high-quality visuals and videos.
- Comfortable on Camera – You will be required to appear in some of our video content to promote our brand and engage with the audience.
- Excellent Communication Skills – You must be able to write engaging captions, respond to comments, and interact with followers in a professional manner.
- Mobility in Yaoundé – This role requires onsite work, and you should be available for occasional client interventions and events within the city.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work creatively and independently while aligning with company goals.
- Experience with content planning, scheduling, and analytics tools is a plus.
