15 seats: why we capped the first SoulWander Studio cohort

July 9, 2026 3 min read

A pre-recorded course sold to a thousand people at once is easy to build and easy to forget. That is not what we wanted SoulWander Studio to be.

Recorded modules are the floor, not the ceiling

Yes, the training includes recorded lessons — the S.C.È.N.E. method, the six-layer prompt structure, sector-specific examples. But video alone does not get anyone unstuck when their specific product photo comes out wrong at 11pm.

What the 15-seat limit actually buys

A daily WhatsApp follow-up group and two live calls per week, every week, for the full month. That only works at a scale where the instructor can actually look at what each student is producing and correct it — not a broadcast, a workshop.

The trade-off we made on purpose

A launch price of 29 500 FCFA instead of the standard 50 000 FCFA makes the training accessible; capping enrollment at 15 keeps the accompaniment real. We would rather have fifteen people finish with a working content system than a hundred people finish a video series and stay stuck.

What happens after the seats are gone

When a cohort fills, the next one opens once the current group finishes — not before. The accompaniment is the actual product here, and it does not scale by adding more names to a spreadsheet.

Let’s build something
